If you have not had a consultation with one of our providers, a $50 consultation is required in order to receive a prescription and create a customized plan for you. Pricing includes refrigerated shipping and supplies. Pricing is based on one vial, which is intended to last approximately one month. If a lower or higher dose is needed, we can work with the pharmacy to adjust your prescription. These are simply the most common doses. Please keep in mind that shipping may take 5–7 business days.
